Contract Support or Pay as You Go ?


Beech I.T. Solutions go beyond the normal bust and fix service offered by many I.T. Support companies,  we monitor your system resources and identify potential issue before they have an adverse effect on your business. We understand that you need your technology working  properly to allow you and your staff to work effectively.


By monitoring your systems we are able to advise you of any necessary changes to your  I.T. Infrastructure as your company grows and your requirements change.

Contracted I.T. support is ideal for many businesses, having a fixed monthly cost makes budgeting easy, with no costly surprises. However some companies either have their own I.T. team  or a member of staff who has taken on the role of in-house support, they may be able to deal quite comfortably with many of the day to day issues, but need someone to turn to in the event of a major incident or even to get some assistance with a forthcoming project. At times like these, we can offer advice and assistance on a Pay as you Go basis.  We  have fully trained and certified Microsoft systems engineers to assist  you.

Engineer Block Hours

This enables businesses to pre-buy engineers hours, these can be bought in blocks of ten hours, giving you peace of mind knowing that you have a plan in place in the event of an I.T. issue still guaranteeing a quick response but without the commitment of a regular monthly contract.  The benefits of buying hours in advance over pay as you go,  are reduced hourly rates and knowing that when you need to you can use your time to resolve issues, help with your network administration or even help you to implement that project that  you are about to begin.
